Project Management
Luker Framing & General Construction Inc. recognizes that quality and performance starts at the top. We employ extensive training to make sure that each aspect of our business, and your project, are managed correctly.
- Project Managers: Each project of LFI is assigned to a project manager that assist the project superintendents in communications with scheduling, change orders, option listings and market quoting.
- Project Foremen: LFI will assign foremen to each of its projects so that the projects framing is managed and planned. Depending on the project, some of our projects will be assisted by a back-end foreman assisting in customer service, inspections, and quality control.
- Purchasing Department: LFI is staffed with a full crew of full-time purchasing agents, inventory controllers, clerks, and operators all in which assures that production stays on target when it comes to the thousands of products supplied.
- Cut Stations: We equip our projects with full-time cut stations with state-of-the-art saws allowing quality and scheduling demands to be met.
- Equipment: LFI deploys Petti-Bone telescoping fork-lifts to all of it's projects capable of loading beams and trusses safely to each building.
- Valued Purchasing: LFI with it's vendors, monitors market conditions to assure pricing advantages short and long term for customer savings. We also provide national market reports for customers to stay up with average product pricing.
