Project Design

Luker Framing & General Construction Inc. has found that the more work we do before the project starts the easier the job is to complete on time and with a high level of quality. For that reason we have assembled a highly trained and competent design team.

• We will estimate each detailed product and labor component allowing accurate cost figures, not assuming blanket costs that would be unnecessary to charge our customers.
  
  
• We perform Value Engineering and make product suggestions.
  
  
• Request for Information inquiries - When there is not enough clarification by the architect, engineer and/or contract scope of work, we will assist in the research to get our clients the right answer.
  
  
• We employ a full-time design team to coordinate key data and present it to the field, such as cut sheets as well as schematics for framing segments (details, floors, trusses, etc.) all of this is completed prior to the projects start.
  
  
• Trade partner coordination - Assistance in hold-down bolt lay-out, HVAC layout, plumbing head-outs, and a high level of cooperation with all trades.
  
  
• Product application research - We apply products to manufacturer specifications and the latest building codes.
